I have decided on a new art adventure. One year ago, I retired from teaching to paint and create art full time. It has been an amazing year full of ups and downs. I have done a lot of shows and even opened a gallery for 3 months! I have done a lot of painting as well.

I love being able to set my own schedule and do things like plan a trip at the last minute.

But it is not enough. I need to be doing something that involves people. Or maybe I just need a new project. Anyway, I have create dragonflywingstudio.com. It is a craft workshop business. Now I will be teaching painting and craft workshops in and around Long Beach. My first class is actually going to be in Huntington Beach on October 9.
