Shipping and Returns

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home. 

Shipping on originals is free in the continental United States. Prices for international shipping vary so please contact me if you have questions about shipping costs before purchase.

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via lindamcclureart@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you. Note: If the item is an original painting the time to replace the item may be exceptionally longer and the item will not be exactly the same as original art can never be duplicated. 

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at lindamcclureart@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
